With more than 20 years of experience, Sébastien is a passionate litigator and a strategic advisor who is well respected in the legal profession. He has appeared before courts in all jurisdictions, and is a lecturer and professor. Sébastien is recognized by several publications, including Benchmark Litigation that named him Litigation Star 2019.
In addition to having a deep knowledge of alternative dispute resolution methods, Sébastien has led numerous class actions and important files on manufacturer's liability. A member of the Quebec Bar since 1997, he has been at the forefront of several large-scale and well-publicized mandates in the field of information technology, energy, securities litigation and defamation.
