Calgary (Canada) – Fasken welcomes Brad Schneider as Counsel to the Corporate/Commercial group in the Calgary office.
Brad’s corporate commercial practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions (M&A), private equity, and general corporate matters. He assists clients with domestic and international M&A, including having worked on deals throughout Asia-Pacific. He advises on oil and gas and energy infrastructure projects, and corporate reorganizations. He also practises in the area of competition law.
