Toronto (Canada) – As part of our ongoing efforts to demonstrate the Firm’s commitment towards continuous improvement and transparency of our security controls and practices; Fasken has successfully obtained ISO/IEC 27001:2013 re-certification. The scope of our certification has been expanded to now include all of our Canadian office and data center locations, along with our London, UK office.

ISO27001 re-certification is the result of the Firm successfully passing an independent third-party audit of our ISMS.
In order to achieve and retain certification, Fasken must show it has a systemic and ongoing approach to managing information security risks that may affect the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of Firm and client information.
