Montreal (Canada) – Fasken welcomes Jean-François Séguin as a partner of the Corporate/Commercial Law group in our Montreal office.
Jean-François advises high-growth companies as well as institutional investors on M&A transactions, equity financings, joint ventures and a wide range of other corporate matters. He also acts as strategic advisor to tech start-ups looking to raise capital, build administrative functions and/or expand internationally.
