Vancouver (Canada) – Jessica Campbell has joined Fasken as Counsel with the Litigation and Dispute Resolution group. She is based in the Firm’s Vancouver office.
Jessica practises in the area of insurance law including matters of construction and product liability.

She has resolved disputes in several other areas, including health law, class proceedings, commercial contractual disputes, real property, intellectual property and bankruptcy/insolvency. Clients rely on her technical and practical ability to resolve disputes through negotiation and litigation. She has appeared before all levels of court in BC.
Jessica also volunteers with the Pro Bono Consumer Protection Clinic at the Vancouver Justice Access Centre.
