Calgary (Canada) – Fasken welcomes Elizabeth Fashler as Counsel with the Litigation and Dispute Resolution group. She will be based in the Calgary office.
Elizabeth has extensive experience representing clients in the fields of transportation and logistics, especially rail carriers. Her rail regulatory practice includes advancing and defending applications to the Canadian Transportation Agency seeking approval of road and utility crossings and new railway construction.
Elizabeth also practices energy regulatory, Indigenous, and environmental law. She also advises clients in regulatory matters related to compliance, approvals, and licensing in the areas of food, drugs, and pharmacy.
