Montréal (Canada) – Fasken welcomes a new Partner, Martin Legault, in the Tax group of the Montréal office.

His practice mainly focuses on commercial transactions and encompasses all aspects of Canadian tax law. He advises clients on complex tax aspects related to mergers and acquisitions, reorganizations, restructurings, financings and divestitures. Martin has in-depth know-how on the tax aspects related to restructuring of entities experiencing financial difficulties.
