Vincent specializes in business law, with an emphasis on financing and mergers and acquisitions. He has extensive experience in commercial law and often represents companies in a variety of industries, notably in the technology sector. He regularly provides advice and support to clients in M&A transactions, corporate reorganizations, corporate finance, and in drafting and negotiating various commercial contracts.
