Paul’s real estate practice covers all aspects of leading purchase, and sale transactions of industrial, retail and office properties, mortgage financing, as well as development and planning matters. He acts for a range of clients including Canada’s leading institutional lenders, pension funds, life insurance companies, property owners and energy companies. He also regularly advises on complex lease negotiations for local, national and international tenants and landlords.
