Lesley has significant experience in all aspects of competition law including handling cartel and other prohibited practice investigations and litigation, obtaining merger clearances, including multi-jurisdictional clearances, in South Africa and across Africa, providing compliance advice, and managing dawn raids and leniency applications.
Recognised by prestigious legal directories our clients will be able to capitalise on Lesley’s prolific knowledge both in South Africa and with regards to Competition Law on the African continent including the COMESA jurisdictions.
