Montréal (Canada) – Fasken announced today that Kosta Kostic will join the Firm as a new partner in the Corporate/Commercial Law practice group at our Montreal office.
Kosta’s practice focuses primarily on corporate finance, securities law and mergers and acquisitions for clients in various industries. He has also worked on initial public offerings, follow-on offerings and listings on the Toronto Stock Exchange, the TSX Venture Exchange and the Canadian Securities Exchange.
