In the course of his career, Alexander has advised numerous clients, including companies, financial institutions and other stakeholders, in connection with various complex national and international financial restructuring, commercial litigation and insolvency matters. He has argued cases before the Quebec Superior Court and the Quebec Court of Appeal. He frequently represents clients from a number of industries in civil and commercial litigation.
