Montreal (Canada) – Fasken announces that two new partners have joined its Montreal office: Kristian Zimmerman and Yoni Feingold, becoming members of the Corporate/Commercial and Litigation and Dispute Resolution groups, respectively.
Kristian Zimmerman represents clients in a variety of complex and lengthy commercial transactions. Kristian has significant experience in corporate sales, mergers and acquisitions, and also advises clients and negotiates and drafts their commercial contracts in connection with corporate financing and reorganization.
Yoni Feingold’s practice focuses primarily on disputes involving estates, trusts, and general commercial matters. He is regularly called on to represent clients who include individuals, liquidators, and trustees, as well as local and international companies and their shareholders, officers and directors, before the Superior Court and the Court of Appeal in complex matters.
