Adam’s practice focuses on complex procurement, large multifaceted construction projects and structured finance, including public private partnership/alternative finance (P3/AFP) and large complex linear construction projects. He leverages his broad experience in the infrastructure industry to assist clients looking for creative solutions to difficult problems.
