Guy Rouleau advises local and international clients from various sectors on complex commercial legal issues. He assists businesses operating in Quebec with mergers and acquisitions and has extensive experience in the field of information technology.
Jocelyn Auger has extensive experience in marketing, intellectual property protection, financing, privacy, data protection and cybersecurity. He has a profound knowledge of the information technology and telecommunications industries as well as green technologies, industries in which he has previously worked in his career.
Jean-François Noël works in the technology, media and telecommunications industry, as well as in the life sciences and health industry. He has developed particular expertise in mergers and acquisitions, start-up companies, venture capital and business services. He advises numerous companies, start-ups and well-established alike, in their various stages of growth, from inception to sale.
