Toronto (Canada) – Iris Tam joins Fasken as a partner in the Real Estate Group. She will be based in the Toronto office.
Iris has more than 20 years of experience in commercial real estate law. Her diverse practice includes all aspects of real estate, including the acquisition, disposition, financing and development of commercial, industrial, multi-unit residential, retail, office and hospitality properties. With a unique combination of both senior in-house and significant law firm experience, Iris has extensive experience developing and implementing results-oriented solutions when representing property owners, tenants, lenders and developers in major, complex commercial real estate transactions.
