Toronto (Canada) – Fasken is partnering with Pride Toronto as their Official Legal Services Provider. The Firm will provide legal services in-kind for the duration of the three-year agreement. This includes sponsorship visibility at the annual Pride Festival, the largest in Canada.
Pride Toronto is a not-for-profit organization that supports the 2SLGBTQ+ communities of the City of Toronto and beyond. As one of the three largest Pride festivals in the world, Pride welcomes over 2 million participants and contributes between $300-$600 million to Ontario’s GDP annually. Pride Toronto has developed a platform where the community can be their authentic selves, where allies can show their support, and where participants can demonstrate the true diversity of the great city of Toronto.
The opportunity to be the Official Legal Services Provider for Pride Toronto aligns with other Fasken initiatives that support the 2SLGBTQ+ community including Fasken’s national partnership with Pride at Work Canada, and Fasken’s award-winning Employee Resource Group, the Fasken Pride Network.
