Toronto (Canada) – Edward Lynde joins Fasken as a partner in the Litigation and Dispute Resolution group. He will be based in the Toronto office.
Edward’s practice focuses on construction and infrastructure law including front end procurement and contract drafting mandates as well as back end disputes.
He acts on behalf of all types of construction entities on a variety of projects, including public private partnerships, at all stages from tender to completion. He advises on project structure and delivery models and disputes during and after completion, including litigation, mediation, adjudication, and arbitration. Types of disputes include construction lien, trust, contract, negligence, and delay claims. Edward has appeared at all levels of court in Ontario.
