Ottawa (Canada) – Julie Paquette joins Fasken as a partner in the Real Estate Group and will be based in Ottawa.
With extensive experience in commercial real estate and franchising, Julie provides practical and timely advice on a variety of real estate transactions, including leasing, acquisition, disposition, financing and development. She has extensive experience advising clients on all areas of real property asset matters as well as franchise law.
Julie has represented landlords and tenants in commercial leasing transactions, including for office, retail and industrial premises. Her versatile real estate practice extends across a variety of industries.
