Toronto (Canada) - Three Fasken Partners have been named as Lexpert Rising Stars for 2022. Noah Boudreau, Dani Bryant, and Jackie VanDerMeulen have all been recognized as leading lawyers under 40.
Each year, Lexpert celebrates Canada’s leading lawyers in this demographic, who are rising stars of the legal community. This recognition highlights and honours the contributions these lawyers have made to their Firm, the legal profession and their larger communities.

Noah Boudreau is a member of the Litigation & Dispute Resolution group. His practice is primarily focused on class action, product liability, cybersecurity, consumer protection and transportation litigation matters. Noah acts regularly for internationally known corporations in the defence of significant private and class actions. Many of his cases have cross-border and international implications and Noah works closely with counsel in the U.S. and other jurisdictions to ensure strategic co-ordination of cases across borders.
Dani Bryant is a litigation and dispute resolution lawyer primarily focusing on Indigenous, environmental and regulatory law, as well as complex commercial litigation. She is a member of the firm’s Global Energy and Mining Groups advising clients on natural resource development and ESG issues. As part of a team providing strategic advice on the development of major projects in Canada, Dani advises clients regarding project permits and approvals, environmental assessments and compliance with environmental laws and regulations.
Jackie VanDerMeulen regularly represents employers in complex labour, employment and human rights matters. Jackie also has a particular expertise in pay equity, employment equity and other aspects of equitable pay. Her technical knowledge of the pay equity process, including job evaluations and compensation comparison, together with her litigation skills and knowledge of labour relations, have positioned Jackie to work with dozens of Canada’s largest employers on their pay equity strategies.
