Montréal (Canada) — Martin Racicot has been appointed “Fellow” of the American College of Commercial Finance Lawyers (ACCFL). The induction ceremony will take place on April 29, 2023 in Seattle.

Martin is a partner at Fasken in the Financing & Banking practice group and specializes in credit agreements, acquisition financings and security agreements, as well as in refinancing and debt restructuring. Recognized for his expertise, he regularly gives lectures on a variety of financing topics, including cross-border lending.
Martin has also been recognized over the years in numerous prestigious legal directories, including Best Lawyers, Lexpert and Thomson Reuters. He is Chair of the Syndications and Lender Relations Subcommittee of the American Bar Association’s Commercial Finance division.
