With a focus on real estate and finance, Mark acts for developers, brokers, purchasers, vendors, property owners, tenants, lenders, and borrowers on developments, purchases, sales, leasing, lending, and borrowing. Mark has experience on a broad range of development matters including large-scale mixed-use projects and the operation of strata lot subdivisions. He has appeared in all levels of court in Alberta.
