Kinji’s primary practice areas include complex commercial and civil litigation with specialized expertise in environmental litigation, for which he is nationally recognized. Kinji is also incredibly active in the legal community in leadership roles, serving as the long time President of the Allard Law Alumni Association as well as sitting on the regional boards of the CBA Environmental Section and the Advocates Society.
