Montreal (Canada) – Fasken is pleased to announce the appointment of Robert Quesnel as a legal counsel in the Life Sciences group at our Montreal office. He was until recently the Head of Legal Affairs & General Counsel Canada for one of the largest pharmaceutical companies.
With over 25 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, Robert advises his clients on issues primarily related to life sciences and intellectual property. He is recognized for his expertise in managing complex product liability class actions, as well as high-profile patent litigation.
Robert's expertise also covers the major commercial transactions in the pharmaceutical sector, including M&A, licensing, joint ventures, and investment financing. He was closely involved in Canada's largest capital investment by a pharmaceutical company.
