Toronto (Canada) – Elana Hahn joins Fasken as a partner in the Banking and Finance group in our Toronto office.
Elana provides advice on a breadth of commercial, transactional and regulatory matters in the areas of wholesale banking and investment banking. She represents clients in a wide range of debt finance transactions, particularly in the housing sector, and on both syndicated and bilateral asset-based lending and capital markets mandates.
With over two decades of banking and capital markets experience practising in the US and UK markets and in Canada, Elana has a deep understanding of both domestic and cross-border lending, debt capital markets, securitization and structured finance transactions.
