Bringing over 15 years of experience, including nearly a decade as General Counsel in a private real estate investment firm with Canadian and US-based assets, Amrick provides clients with grounded, pragmatic and business-oriented solutions.
His practice focuses on all aspects of real estate work, including financings, acquisitions/dispositions, joint ventures, large-scale development projects and corporate transactions (M&A).

Amrick began his practice in Commercial Litigation and Construction Law where he appeared before all levels of court in Québec, including the Court of Appeal. A member of the Quebec Bar since 2008, he also holds a certificate in Private International Law from The Hague Academy of International Law, as well as a bachelor's degree in Economics (International Trade and Finance) from McGill University.
