Her practice focuses on commercial litigation, including breach of contract claims, complex negligence claims (including professional negligence), and shareholder disputes.
Constantinos Ragas is a partner in Fasken’s Corporate Law Group. His practice is focused on mergers and acquisitions, private equity, and corporate finance. Dev Singh is Co-Leader of Fasken's Banking and Finance group. Dev’s practice focuses on leveraged finance and other lending transactions.
