“Junior gold miners are appealing takeover targets as bullion prices climb,” by Dominique Gené and Andrew Willis, The Globe and Mail

Toronto lawyer Brian Graves comments on the prospects of junior gold miners becoming takeover targets as the price of gold soars in an article published in The Globe and Mail.

“There may be a concern amongst potential acquirers that the current price of gold isn’t sustainable,” said lawyer Brian Graves, adding that management teams at established producers fear being seen to be overpaying for projects, which they have been accused of doing in the past.
