Lars is a skilled and accomplished litigator whose practice focuses on contract disputes, shareholder conflicts and oppression remedies claims, professional liability investigations, fraud proceedings, and class actions.
He has successfully represented clients at all levels of court in British Columbia, Ontario and the Federal Court of Canada, and has served as lead counsel in complex commercial arbitration and before various administrative tribunals. Before joining Fasken, Lars practised in a top-ranked Toronto litigation boutique.
Recognized by his peers as “One to Watch” in Commercial Litigation, and a “Rising Star” in Dispute Resolution, Lars’s reputation for strategic thinking and advocacy strengthens the depth and capabilities of the Litigation and Dispute Resolution Group.
His addition to the group follows the appointment of Kaleigh Milinazzo as a partner, last December.
A broadly experienced lawyer in complex corporate litigation, Kaleigh’s practice focuses on corporate disputes, white collar and regulatory defence matters. Prior to her nomination as partner, Kaleigh was an associate at Fasken.
