Montréal counsel Alex Steinhouse comments on the Federal Court’s decision regarding the Prime Minister’s advice to the Governor General to prorogue Parliament, in an article published in CBA National Magazine.
“It was interesting that the Court says that they don’t have to get into any reasons or if the reasons were reasonable when the Prime Minister has already volunteered to do that in the political arena,” said counsel Alex Steinhouse.
