Christian Leblanc Admitted to the American College of Trial Lawyers

Montreal (Canada) — Fasken partner, Christian Leblanc, has been appointed a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers (ACTL), one of the most prestigious legal associations in North America. The induction ceremony took place on March 8, 2025.

Christian is a renowned lawyer in intellectual property and media law, acting for some of Canada's largest media companies in matters of freedom of the press and freedom of expression. His practice focuses particularly on patent litigation, including pharmaceutical patents. His deep understanding of the business world and dedication to his clients are widely recognized. He is a member of Fasken's Board of Directors, and is actively committed to contributing to a more inclusive society.

About the ACTL

Founded in 1950, the College is an invitation-only Fellowship of exceptional trial lawyers from the United States and Canada who have demonstrated the very highest standards of trial advocacy, ethical conduct, integrity, professionalism, and collegiality.
