Ottawa partner Andrew House comments on mining companies considering departure from Canada in an article published in the Financial Post.
He comments on regulations making it difficult for junior miners to obtain exploration capital and subjecting them to lengthy approval periods, pushing a growing number of them to consider leaving the country.
