Nicolas Mancini has been a member of the firm’s Commercial Litigation group since 2015. His practice is focused on commercial litigation, litigation involving security enforcement and asset recovery, as well as bankruptcy and insolvency litigation, and the resulting restructuring transactions. Nicolas also works with clients from Greater Montreal's Italian business community, and supports Italian-Canadian and Italian cultural organizations.
In 2015, after obtaining his civil law degree, Nicolas earned his Juris Doctor in North American common law from the University of Montréal.
Having joined Fasken as a student, Nicolas participated in the corporate secondment program and was assigned to Elite Group Inc.
Before beginning his studies in law, Nicolas completed a Bachelor of Commerce in finance at Concordia University’s John Molson School of Business. He earned the Finance Medal, which is awarded to the most outstanding student in the program.
As co-founder of the Young Philantropists of the Institute for Research in Immunology and Cancer of the Université de Montréal, Nicolas also plays an active role in that institution.
