Nicolas Sayour is a lawyer in the Corporate/Commercial group at our Montréal office. His practice touches on all aspects of business law, with a particular focus on mergers and acquisitions.
Nicolas completed his law degree in 2018 at the University of Montreal and was subsequently admitted to the Quebec Bar in 2019.
In parallel to his university studies, he was a “peer helper” with the Pairs-aidants en droit de l’Université de Montréal, a psychological assistance and stress management program offered to students. He was also part of the Garage Legal, an initiative whose mission is to provide legal information to start-ups.
Before joining Fasken, Nicolas was a lawyer in a Montréal firm specialized in business and real estate law.
