Nikie Boillat-Proulx is a lawyer working in Fasken’s Litigation and Dispute Resolution Practice Group. She joined the Fasken team as a student in May 2022, after completing her second year of law school at the Université de Sherbrooke.
As part of her student involvement, Nikie works as a director for her student association, is a member of her faculty’s feminist committee and provides training on the concept of consent as part of her involvement with the national Pro Bono Student Canada network.
Nikie is also an officer in the Canadian Armed Forces. This is how, with the sports she practises daily, she manages to quench her thirst for adrenaline. As part of her work, she participated in the deployment of the military in residential and long-term care centres (CHSLDs) and implemented a training on sexual misconduct.
A former collegiate volleyball athlete, Nikie places great importance on maintaining good physical fitness, which she does through calisthenics, snowboarding and running.
