Paige is a commercial litigator in Fasken’s Litigation and Dispute Resolution Group. She has a broad dispute resolution practice with a focus on commercial disputes. Paige has become known for her dedication to the interests of her clients and her pragmatic and practical approach to dispute resolution.
Paige acts as counsel on a range of complex litigation and arbitration files, including shareholder and commercial disputes, class actions, and domestic commercial arbitration. Beyond these areas, her experience also expands into areas of breach of contract, white collar criminal defence, privacy law, and competition and consumer protection laws. She works with a wide range of clients, including public and private companies as well as those in the technology industry. Paige has appeared as counsel before the Supreme Court of British Columbia and the Court of Appeal for British Columbia.
Paige graduated from Thompson Rivers University as the recipient of the Law Society of British Columbia Gold Medal. During her time at TRU Law, Paige was known for her deep commitment to the TRU Law community and dedicated much of her time to student initiatives, volunteering, and mentorship. After completing articles at the firm, she went on to clerk for six Justices of the Supreme Court of British Columbia.
In addition to her litigation practice, Paige dedicates much of her time to the legal profession and the community as a whole. Paige served as a Director and Gala Chair for the Federation of Asian Canadian Lawyers, and has recently been elected to the role as Vice President, Development.
