Overview

Patrick is a member of the firm’s Energy, Natural Resources and Projects group. He has worked with clients on a variety of commercial and transactional matters, with an emphasis on procurement, construction, and project development.

Patrick has assisted in the preparation of procurement documents as well as the drafting, negotiation and administration of construction, supply, consulting and services agreement for mining companies, real estate developers and marine infrastructure owners and operators.

Prior to becoming a lawyer, Patrick spent six years working in the construction industry in both Vancouver and Nunavut.
