Paul Roustan is a technical patent advisor at our Montréal office, contributing to the Intellectual Property team in the field of chemistry and life sciences. He holds a dual master’s degree in chemical engineering and chemistry, and has a keen interest in industrial and molecular chemistry.
Paul followed a multidisciplinary training in chemistry as part of his master’s degree in engineering at the Chimie ParisTech – PSL, Paris’ Technical Institute of Chemistry. He also developed his knowledge of chemical engineering at Polytechnique Montréal, complemented with a course in organic synthesis at the Université de Montréal.
During his studies, Paul was Vice-President of the student committee, President of the Parrainage Tandem association and member of the Junior-Entreprise of Chimie ParisTech – PSL. These commitments played an active part in student life and in forging links between students and alumni.
Finally, Paul also practises a variety of sports in his spare time (gym, running, climbing, etc.) and enjoys music.
