Rachelle Thompson leads our Practice and Client Innovation team and function across the firm, a key component of our overarching Knowledge and Practice Innovation program.
Known for her inspiring leadership and problem solving skills, she is responsible for initiatives, projects and operations related to practice efficiency, legal technology, automated and productized services, and process improvement. In this role, she oversees a diverse team that ensures our lawyers and clients benefit from the latest trends in legal practice, monitors emerging technologies and their use in the market, and works with our lawyers and clients to collaboratively develop solutions.
With over 20 years of experience in the legal technology field and having been with Fasken since 2004, Rachelle has an in-depth understanding of the needs and technological challenges of the firm and its clients. She is an expert in legal document automation applications and processes as well as other core practice technologies.
Dynamic and flexible, Rachelle likes environments that are motivating and conducive to finding short and long-term solutions. Her motto is "nothing is impossible."
