Regan Brodziak

Overview

Regan is an associate in the energy and natural resources group in the firm’s Vancouver office. She has worked with clients on a variety of commercial and regulatory matters in the energy, mining, infrastructure and natural resource sectors.

Regan assists with environmental assessments, permitting and other regulatory compliance issues. She has also assisted with due diligence for acquisitions and other corporate transactions, as well as with the preparation of procurement documents and construction agreements.
