Riccardo Lento is an associate within the Real Estate law group. As part of his practice, Riccardo advises and represents clients in matters related to financing, investment, joint ventures, and drafting and negotiating contracts.
Riccardo has extensive experience in banking and commercial law, and guides clients in the various legal aspects of their file, while offering novel solutions to help them achieve their objectives.
Prior to joining Fasken, Riccardo practised with an international law firm. Riccardo also worked at FinDev Canada, Canada's development finance institution (DFI), where his practice supported the private sector in developing markets to promote sustainable and inclusive development.
