Sandra Arsenault is a Law Clerk in the Trusts, Wills, Estates, and Charities group at Fasken’s Toronto office. She interacts daily with lawyers and clients, communicates with financial and government entities, and drafts documentation to assist with estate planning, estate administration, and trust administration.
Sandra values connection and collaboration, striving to provide exceptional and personalized service. Her legal acumen, creative thinking, friendly smile, and approachable nature are highly appreciated by clients and colleagues alike.
Embracing of new technologies and passionate about lifelong learning, Sandra shares her 18 years of legal experience with the wider legal community through blogs and presentations on various estate planning and administration topics. She has been a Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) presenter and is in the process of completing her STEP Certificate in Estate and Trust Administration. Sandra has also been featured in the 2024-2025 Canadian Donor’s Guide – an annual reference for donors and their advisors, providing comprehensive information on fundraising organizations in Canada.
Sandra takes pride in being an annual mentor to co-op law clerk students, inspiring them to pursue careers in wills and estates.
Outside of the legal profession, Sandra hones her communication and listening skills while raising two young daughters with her husband. She enjoys reading, writing, photography, and has a love for animals.
