Sarah Noble is a member of the Specialty Litigation and Dispute Resolution Group in Fasken’s Vancouver office with a focus on construction and environmental matters.
Sarah has assisted project owners, developers and contractors in a range of industries with complex construction disputes including disputes in relation to builders liens, disruption and delay, defects, and wrongful termination. Sarah also assists clients with the development, negotiation, and management of commercial agreements for construction and infrastructure projects. Sarah has advised clients with respect to environmental matters including contaminated sites and environmental regulatory processes.
