Satnam Singh Dosanjh is an associate in the firm’s Emerging Technology and Venture Capital group with experience in all aspects of private and public commercial transactions. He represents both investors and founders of early-stage companies, guiding them from the organizational stage through various rounds of financing, and ultimately towards successful exits or initial public offerings (IPOs).
Satnam brings a strong aptitude for entrepreneurialism and teamwork in his approach to advising clients on various types and rounds of financings, mergers and acquisitions, as well as day to day matters. Clients benefit not only from his legal acumen but also from his strategic insights, which are instrumental in achieving their business objectives.
Prior to joining Fasken, Satnam honed his practice at esteemed regional and national Canadian law firms and also held a pivotal role as legal counsel to a fintech startup focused on digital assets. While pursuing his education, he was a member of the Indoor Canadian National Field Hockey team at a variety of stages.
