Overview

Sébastien Marcoux is a notary who practises primarily real estate law. He has considerable expertise in examining commercial titles and drafting notarial deeds.

Sébastien participates in numerous multi-million dollar transactions. He handles complex acquisition, sale and financing matters in the commercial and industrial sectors.

Before joining the Fasken team, Sébastien began his career in notarial law as a traditional practitioner, then joined the Professional Liability Insurance Fund of the Chambre des notaires du Québec.  He subsequently worked as an executing notary at another law firm.
