Obtained and successfully executed an Anton Piller order for SR Telecom in a matter regarding the approval of material, equipment as well as exclusive commercial and confidential information by employees, former employees and a direct competitor. The case was settled out of court. The matter was particularly complex due to fact that it involved employees of various levels, working in a number of countries (2006).
