C.S.M.: 500-05-072284-02, Louise Lemelin, j.c.s, judgment rendered May 3rd, 2007 In a decision rendered May 3, 2007, Justice Louise Lemelin of the Superior Court allowed a mandamus against the Deputy Minister of Revenue of Québec in order to force him to publish information on the unclaimed financial asset accounts he administers under the Public Trustee Act. The Superior Court ruled that the register, as it stood, did not adequately meet the regulatory requirements and ordered the Deputy Minister of Revenue of Québec to remedy the situation within three months of the judgment. Mtre Antoine Aylwin, assisted by Mtres Claude Dallaire and Karl Delwaide, successfully represented Mondex Corporation.
