On August 1, 2007, HaiVision Systems Inc. received a $3 million investment from Fondaction CSN, a Quebec labour-sponsored fund. HaiVision specializes in the development and commercialization of high performance video networking technology. HaiVision was advised in this transaction by a team from Fasken Martineau that included Michel Boislard and Pierre-Étienne Simard (corporate) and Alexandre Abecassis (intellectual property).
