CoopTel and Déry Télécom complete acquisition of Câble-Axion Digitel

On October 18, 2007, CoopTel Coop de télécommunication and Déry Télécom completed their acquisition of Câble-Axion Digitel, a company specializing in cable television services and Internet access serving approximately 16,000 subscribers. CoopTel and Déry Télécom were advised in this transaction by Fasken Martineau with a team led by Jean-François Hébert and that included, among others, François Duchesneau, Yves Chassé, Mélanie Méthé and Jean-Gabriel L'Ecuyer.
