On October 12, 2007, International Automotive Components Group North America (IACNA) announced that it had completed the acquisition of the soft trim division from Collins and Aikman, which included facilities in the US, Canada and Mexico. IACNA is a leading global supplier of automotive components and systems, including interior and exterior trim and structural and functional applications.
